HR Business Partner 100% — AGIE Charmilles SA (GF Machining Solutions), Losone (TI). HR Business Partner

• Your responsibilities Act as HR Business Partner for Sales Organization in Switzerland, Austria and Benelux. Collaboration with the management on all HR issues, including staff planning, budget, talent management and development Organization. Support and advise managers in relationships with employees, in managing performance, disciplinary measures and complex HR situations. Manage the entire life cycle of collaborator, from onboarding to performance management, development and offboarding. Managing the process end-to-end selection, from requirement planning to contract signing. Design and coordinate Training and development initiatives, leadership programs and HR workshops. Guide local HR projects and international, process improvement initiatives and HR governance activities. Ensuring compliance with Swiss labour legislation, company policies and HR standards. Monitor HR (KPI) indicators and provide analysis to support business decisions. Coordinate payroll activities, the administration of staff and HR systems (SAP HR/Clockodo). Assuming the role of health and Safety at Work (Health \& Safety) for Sales organization. Support integration activities post-acquisition (M\&A), including organizational design, talent retention and change management. * Manage the company fleet and coordinate a resource of the Office team.
