Company and context
- Act as HR Business Partner for Sales Organization in Switzerland, Austria and Benelux.
- Collaboration with the management on all HR issues, including staff planning, budget, talent management and development Organization.
- Support and advise managers in relationships with employees, in managing performance, disciplinary measures and complex HR situations.
- Manage the entire life cycle of collaborator, from onboarding to performance management, development and offboarding.
- Managing the process end-to-end selection, from requirement planning to contract signing.
