- Prepare personnel data and information for higher-level HR controlling as well as answer the inquiries of employees forwarded by the HR Service Center Ensure the implementation of our personnel policy and strategy as well as ensure the smooth HRM business flow for the benefit of the stakeholders (line, employees, specialist management, HR service center, etc.)
