- Personnel administration along the "Employee Life Cycles
- Consulting of employees in all HR matters and partly of managers
- Co-responsibility for individual HR systems and/or participation in smaller projects depending on the amount of Requisiti
- Training in the personnel sector, e.g. Personalfachfrau/-mann Experience in a similar function mandatory Passion for personnel acquisition
- Digital mindset and A-ffinity for new tools
