Shipments

• welcome and assist the public during the events;
• set up small stands and prepare the identification material, distributing any promotional material at events organized by RSI or of which RSI is a partner;
• manage activities of animation, games and competitions at events dedicated to music, literature, science, technology, entertainment for children and many other topics;
• collaborate in the preparation of events, conducting organizational and administrative activities, such as the management of registration confirmations and the preparation of the necessary material;
• represent RSI and interact with the public, helping to create a positive and engaging experience during events. Requirements We look for curious, dynamic and eager to be in touch with the public and to get involved. In particular:
• excellent relational and communication skills;
• positive, proactive and flexible attitude;
• spirit of initiative and ability to adapt to different situations;
• reliability, sense of responsibility and precision;
• good knowledge of the reality of Italian Switzerland and interest in the offer and activities of RSI;
• familiarizes with new technologies and the main digital tools;
• ability to work on team and collaborate with different people;
• ability to manage dynamic situations and moments of greater intensity, maintaining calm and professionalism;
• excellent mastery of the Italian language, written and spoken;
• between 18 and 26 years. Constitute preferential title
• good knowledge of one or more national languages and English;
• driving license category B;
• availability of a own car;
• availability to drive the Volkswagen Transporter provided to the team Events RSI. What we offer
