- Overall responsibility for the technical operation and entire infrastructure of the establishment, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key requirements

  • Solid technical vocational training
  • Many years of senior management leadership experience
  • In-depth technical understanding of building services, energy efficiency, and safety
  • Proven experience in leading investment, renovation, or construction projects
  • Experience with modern ERP/CAFM systems and digital tools
  • Strong leadership and systemic thinking skills
  • High resilience and goal orientation
  • Proficiency in German and English; Italian is a plus
