- manage the Health Office, ensuring administrative management, human resources and technical, legal and financial aspects
- co-ordinate the authoritative activity from the health care profile as well as the billing to the health insurance, the supervisory duties regarding the operators, the services and health and social structures as well as the agility of public and collective buildings
Main responsibilities
- manage the Health Office, ensuring administrative management, human resources and technical, legal and financial aspects
- co-ordinate the authoritative activity from the health care profile as well as the billing to the health insurance, the supervisory duties regarding the operators, the services and health and social structures as well as the agility of public and collective buildings
- to develop and verify compliance with internal procedures for the emanation of decisions and for the relative follow-up, also through appropriate IT tools
- organise and manage the financing of public health services and activities
- collaborate with the other administrative units of Division and Department in current management, development of projects and in the elaboration of reports or legislative revisions
- promote relations with other services of the cantonal administration and with intercantonal and federal bodies, also participating in commissions and working groups
- represent the Office for external bodies, orders or professional and media associations Requirements:
- complete academic training (bachelor and master or license) in law
- experience in the field of administrative and procedural law
- familiarizes with federal and cantonal legislative and decision-making processes
