Tasks: • You lead our logistics branch with heart, mind and live the role model function • For you, leadership means more than plans and conversations: you recognize potential, promote talent and create an environment in which around 14 employees can work together successfully. • You keep track of warehouses, processes, deadlines and priorities – even if things get hectic • You are responsible for process optimization (space, processes, personnel, CIP) • You maintain contact with our customers and ensure that service is not just a word, but a daily life. • You have key figures, costs and evaluations under control and make decisions independently and independently within the defined area of responsibility • Administrative tasks are just as reliable as operational challenges • You keep an eye on technical facilities and infrastructure maintenance and recognize the need for action at an early stage • Work safety, order and cleanliness in the warehouse you ensure at all times Profile: • A further training as a logistics specialist or a comparable qualification is part of your backpack and there is a lot more practical know-how. Experience in technical maintenance rounds off your profile • You have already gained several years of leadership experience. Motivating, promoting and celebrating success together gives you at least as much pleasure as a well-organized stock. • Numbers are a helpful tool for you.
