- Necessary requirements: degree/diploma in medicine and specialization in Internal Medicine or an equivalent qualification; for doctors with foreign qualifications, recognition by the Federal Commission for Medical Professions MEBEKO and relative registration with MedReg ( https://www.medregom.admin.ch ) before starting the activity is mandatory, proven knowledge of the Italian language with relative registration with MedReg before starting the activity (required level B2), knowledge of other national languages and English is desired, proven clinical experience in Internal Medicine, spirit of initiative, strong interpersonal and communication skills, organizational skills and predisposition for interdisciplinary collaboration, flexibility and positive attitude, pleasure in working in a team and collaborating at a transversal level, mastery of IT tools.

Application process
- The following position is aimed at doctors who wish to submit a spontaneous application for the Sottocenerino Geriatrics Service, Lugano Regional Hospital and Mendrisio Regional Hospital as Chief Geriatrics Doctor.
- Profile The doctor works autonomously and at an interdisciplinary level, promoting the skills required by the function of Chief Clinician.
- Observations --> The applications of those who do not meet the above requirements will in no case be taken into consideration and will consequently be eliminated from our database.
- The evaluation of applications will be made only in case of service needs.
