Head of Geriatrics Clinic - Job Posting The EOC, the multisite hospital of Ticino, is present with its institutes across the entire cantonal territory for a total of 1,000 beds.

The organization allows for an effective combination of local approach and overall vision, ensuring the population a global and proximity hospital offer, regardless of where the services are requested.

Thanks to the commitment and competence of over 6,500 collaborators and their attention to human relations, the EOC ensures quality health care by taking care of over 41,000 inpatients per year and providing over 600,000 outpatient consultations.

Key requirements

  • Degree/diploma in medicine and specialization in Internal Medicine or an equivalent title
  • Recognition by the Federal Commission for Medical Professions MEBEKO and registration with MedReg for foreign doctors
  • Proven knowledge of the Italian language with registration with MedReg (level B2)
  • Knowledge of other national languages and English is desirable
  • Proven clinical experience in Internal Medicine
  • Initiative spirit, outstanding relational and communication skills
  • Organizational skills and predisposition to interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Flexibility and positive attitude, pleasure in working in a team and collaborating at a transversal level
