Description Head of Domestic Economy

• Job Posting The EOC, the multi-site hospital in Ticino, is present with its institutes throughout the canton for a total of 1,000 beds. The organization effectively combines a local approach with a global vision, ensuring the population has comprehensive and nearby hospital services, regardless of where the services are required. Thanks to the commitment and expertise of over 6,500 staff members and their focus on human relationships, the EOC provides quality healthcare, caring for over 41,000 inpatients annually and offering more than 600,000 outpatient consultations. To complete our Domestic Economy Service team at the Regional Hospital of Mendrisio, we are looking for a: ## Responsibilities
• Performs directly the cleaning activities assigned to him/her
• Coordinates as a point of reference a dedicated group of approximately 20/30 people ## Requirements
• Profile: The future collaborator has good operational and organizational skills necessary to ensure the proper functioning of the department in compliance with procedures and defined quality standards
• Professional experience in socio-health or hotel structures
• Familiarity with routine and extraordinary cleaning of rooms and departments, including the use of cleaning machinery
• Ability to plan daily and monthly team activities
• Leadership qualities, good relational and communication skills
• Autonomy, initiative, discretion
• Flexibility and multitasking ability
• Orientation towards change and development
• Excellent knowledge of the Italian language, spoken and written
• Knowledge of another national language is desirable
• Good knowledge of main computer programs
• Availability for flexible shifts (7/7 and evenings until 10:00 PM) ## What we offer
