As director:in regional building portfolio management at SBB Infrastructure, you have a challenging and varied leadership position for the careful resource planning of bulk conservation and development projects of the railway network. You are strongly contributing to the leadership and control with integrated investment vision in favor of the building portfolio on routes and nodes in the South region (financing, feasibility and rideability). As a member of the management team of the Infrastructure - Network Design, Plants and Technology - South Region (I-NAT-RSD), you contribute to the further development of our railway infrastructure. You can move that. - You are responsible for the operational and personal management of the Portfolio Management Division of the South Region, consisting of portfolio managers, rayon managers and lifecycle decisionmaker. - You control the plant life cycle and network expansion from a route and knot view and control the sub-portfolio of the South region integrally with respect to Accessibility, feasibility and financing in close coordination with the perimeter responsible - You guide the regional decision-making bodies (RNB) and help to ensure a good quality of the necessary decisions - In addition, you will ensure a rolling total resource planning and control from the overall system view. - Together with our partners, you will implement the necessary measures to ensure optimal implementation of investment projects taking into account costs and benefits (security/availability/cost) as well as risks and opportunities over the asset life cycle. - As a member of the management team of the I-NAT-RSD business unit, you take responsibility in the management of the Construction Portfolio Management division and actively participate in the various cross-disciplinary relationships. That's what you bring. - Thanks to your entrepreneurial and innovative thinking as well as your long-term and detectable leadership experience in the technical or business sector, you contribute to the improvement of life cycle management and portfolio management. - With your pronounced judgment and enforcement ability, you convince and communicate smoothly with different stakeholders. - Your experience in project and process management, your comprehensive knowledge of the entire company and your background in strategic work make you an ideal person for this position. - You have an economic, technical or equivalent training (Uni, FH) supplemented with specific training. - You are happy to develop your team and introduce new ways of working. You actively promote inclusion and diversity. - Italian knowledge and good knowledge of German (B2) or vice versa are assumed.
