Head doctor in Nuclear Medicine - Ausschreibung L’EOC, the multisite Ticino hospital, is present with its institutes on the whole cantonal territory for a total of 1'000 beds.

The organization allows to effectively combine local approach and overall vision, ensuring the population a global and proximity hospital offer, regardless of where the services are required.

Thanks to the commitment and expertise of more than 6,500 employees and their attention to the human relationship, EOC ensures quality health care by taking care of more than 41,000 patients per year and providing more than 600,000 outpatients.

The Institute of Integrated Diagnostics of Italian Switzerland (IDISI) brings together the Clinics of radiology, nuclear medicine, pathology and laboratory medicine and, with its approximately 600 collaborators and almost 4 million examinations and analysis carried out each year, offers a comprehensive and high quality diagnostic service, responding to the needs of patients resident throughout the cantonal territory.

In addition, the Institute is oriented towards university education and promoting biomedical research.

Overcoming traditional specialist barriers, IDISI adopts a multidisciplinary approach to favor more efficient and personalized diagnostic-therapeutic paths, capable of responding to the specific needs of each patient.

The Nuclear Medicine Clinic performs approximately 8,000 diagnostic and therapeutic examinations each year, covering almost all available performance in nuclear medicine.

Among the various awards, the Clinic is accredited to the EUMS/EBNM European Agency for Clinical and Training.

To develop its organization, the EOC Nuclear Medicine Clinic is looking for a head doctor in Nuclear Medicine (100%) The candidate will work transversally between the two locations of the EOC Nuclear Medicine Clinic (Bellinzona and Lugano) according to the needs of the Service.

• Required requirements: degree/diploma in medicine and specialization in Nuclear Medicine or equivalent qualification and relative registration to MedReg before the start of work for doctors with foreign qualifications is required compulsory recognition by the Federal Commission for medical professions MEBEKO and registration at MedReg PEC, including language knowledge in one or more official Swiss languages (guanus, German and French)
