Full description

We are looking for an independent and service-oriented personality to strengthen our team in the Central Switzerland region (Zug/Luzern) by agreement.

Tasks

As a travelling housekeeper:in a team you will take care of the buildings of our customers and their users in different regions. You will actively ensure a clean appearance of the properties. Your task area includes the following activities:

• General maintenance work (e.g. switching of light bulbs)
• Technical tours on the objects
• Implementation of minor repairs
• Piketdienst
• Various cleaning work on various areas (e.g. emptying of waste bins, removing spider nets, cleaning of public toilets, removing graffitis etc.)
• Support for special cleaning and removals
• Gardening, environmental care, disposal, provision of containers
• Contact person for customers
• Performing acceptances and keeping of records
• Representation of team members

Requirements

• Basic manual training, specialist man:woman Business maintenance or cleaning of buildings advantage
• Good computer skills
• Very good German knowledge
• Driving license Cat. B mandatory
• High customer and solution orientation
• Reliability, load capacity and flexibility
• Communicative personality and well-kept appearance
