Key requirements
Professional qualification in hospitality or completed hotel management school
At least 2 years of experience in Front Office, reservations, or concierge services in luxury hospitality
Excellent proficiency in German and English; Italian and additional languages are an advantage
Experience with systems such as Concierge Organizer, Protel, and Aleno or similar tools
Very good IT user skills
Proactive work style, high level of commitment, and sense of responsibility
Strong empathy, teamwork skills, and a solution-oriented mindset
