- You maintain close contact with our guests both before arrival and throughout their stay to ensure a top-class guest experience and individually tailored services.

Key requirements

  • Professional qualification in hospitality or completed hotel management school
  • At least 2 years of experience in Front Office, reservations, or concierge services in luxury hospitality
  • Excellent proficiency in German and English; Italian and additional languages are an advantage
  • Experience with systems such as Concierge Organizer, Protel, and Aleno or similar tools
  • Very good IT user skills
  • Proactive work style, high level of commitment, and sense of responsibility
  • Strong empathy, teamwork skills, and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Confident demeanor and impeccable manners
