A strategic role at the Group level

Integrated with the DSI Group, you take the lead of an international team present on four geographical areas: Switzerland, France, Luxembourg and Monaco.

Your scope covers three major areas

• IT Security: strategy, design, implementation, security maintenance, support for IT projects and trades
• Network: network infrastructure and associated equipment
• Telecom & Collaboration: telephony (Teams, on-premises, market room) and videoconferencing

You intervene in the first line of defence within the meaning of the FINMA model, in permanent interaction with the Group RSSI and its team (second line of defense), and are a pillar of the cyber defence system. Attached to the Group Technical Director, you work in close proximity with:

• Infrastructure & IT Operations Technical Team Managers;
• IT Risks functions , Architecture and various vertical IT ;
• Local ISDs, with which you deploy the Group agenda by integrating local specificities (technical, historical, regulatory contexts).

You prepare and host the Group Cybersecurity Committee , with a direct exhibition to the IOC, COO and CRO . »

MAIN MISSIONS IT Security

• Contribute to the definition of IT security policy with CISO/CTO, implement it and monitor it operationally with its teams. Ensure security watch and technology transfer to the team
• Lead infrastructure and environment security projects in a risk management and compliance approach
• Support IT projects (" IT for IT " or " IT for Business " ) on the dimensions of risk analysis , recommendations , safety dossier , expertise
• Supervise security checks and collection of KPI/KRI
• Manage Security Operations Center (SOC)
• Pilot the infrastructure managed service provider on the security, network and telecom dimensions
• Manage budgets and vendors
• Preventing and managing security incidents with a particular focus on data security and IS access protection
• Define, implement and maintain operational security environments both physical and virtual (hardware and software)
• Participate in the development of Business Resumption Plans (RPPs) and pilot the computer security team portion of the Runbook

& Telecom Network

• Maintaining network and telecom infrastructure under operational conditions ("run the bank")
• Pilot transformation projects on these perimeters ("change the bank")
• Defining and implementing the network and telecom strategy

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Excellent teacher and communicating
• Strong managerial capabilities: can manage experts while producing clear syntheses for governance bodies or non-technical audiences
• Quiet in all circumstances, especially in crisis situations
• Leading editorial capacity
• Accurate and factual, establishes clarity of issues
• Risk assessment and risk recovery capacity
• Solid expertise in infrastructure, networks and especially security (network/web filtering by firewall & proxy, loadbalancing, antivirus, sandboxing, mail security, forensics/track analysis)
• Good knowledge of cloud environments and more specifically Microsoft 365 and Azure
• Mastering of IT and telecom security standards and procedures (e.g. NIST framework)
• Knowledge and experience of the rules in force in the European banking field, preferably in Switzerland, is a great asset

PROFILE REQUIRED

• Strong experience (+15 years) in technical IT departments including Secps/Network (10 years minimum); Cloud experience (Azure and MS365 in particular) an asset
• Experience in banking (in particular in Switzerland) an asset and/or in a sector with a high sensitivity security/data protection (defence, pharma, ...)
• Experience confirmed in team management (+10 people) multi-geography
• Strong experience in incident and crisis management
• Strong ability to convince, decide/arbitrate
• High availability inherent in a 24x7 cyber threat
• Good budgetary management skills
• Current English / French (spoken and written) – mastery of technical English
• Resident in Switzerland
