Zambon is looking for a Global Treasury Senior Specialist to join its Global Treasury team in Switzerland. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced treasury professional who wants to contribute to the management of Group liquidity, financial risk, banking relationships and treasury operations across an international environment.

In this role, you will bring together hands-on treasury expertise, strategic thinking and a continuous improvement mindset, working closely with stakeholders across local and global teams.

What you will do

• Ensure the smooth execution of Group treasury activities, ensuring liquidity, governance and alignment with global policies across centralized and non-centralized entities.
• Support business operations and strategic initiatives through effective cash management, cash pooling, intercompany funding and banking relationships.
• Monitor liquidity positions and cash forecasts to support informed and timely financial decisions.
• Partner with international banks and financial institutions, contributing to negotiations and cash management solutions.
• Contribute to the management of foreign exchange, interest rate, counterparty and liquidity risks.
• Drive continuous improvement, digitalisation and automation of treasury systems, tools and processes.
• Work closely with Accounting, Tax, Legal and Internal Control teams to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
• Prepare treasury reporting, KPIs, dashboards and presentations that provide meaningful insights to senior leadership.

What we are looking for

• A degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• +5 years of experience in Treasury or Corporate Finance within international and complex organisations.
• Solid experience with Treasury Management Systems, SWIFT, Bloomberg and ERP platforms; SAP S/4HANA experience would be a strong plus.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, derivatives, cash pooling structures and international treasury best practices.
• Analytical mindset, collaborative approach and the ability to build trusted relationships across cultures and functions.
• Fluent English; any additional language will be considered a plus.
