As part of our strategic growth agenda, we are hiring a Global Mobile e-Power Systems Manager for our Motion Traction business line.

Reporting to the Global Business Line Manager, Mobile e-Power, this role is a key leadership position responsible for defining and driving the global product strategy, system architecture, and portfolio execution for electrified powertrain solutions in mining applications.

This is a global leadership role at the intersection of technology, product management, and business growth. You will lead a team of Product Managers and Mining Engineering specialists, shaping the future of electrified heavy-duty mobile equipment and delivering high-performance, scalable solutions for demanding environments.

This role is open globally, and preferred locations are set close to our main Motion Traction locations in Switzerland, Germany or Poland.

The work model is hybrid #LIhybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own the global product portfolio and lifecycle for mobile e‑power systems, ensuring competitiveness and long-term value creation
• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap, aligned with business growth objectives and market opportunities
• Translate market trends, customer needs, and technology evolution into differentiated system-level offerings
• Lead and develop a global team of Product Managers, fostering strong product ownership and market focus
• Manage and steer a Mining Engineering team, driving technical excellence and application expertise
• Define and oversee system architecture and integration across power converters, electric motors, battery systems, and control infrastructure
• Engage with key global customers, OEMs, and strategic partners to shape value propositions and strengthen market positioning
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Sales, Operations, and Service to drive innovation, portfolio execution, and business growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• At least 8+ years of experience in electrified powertrain systems, e‑mobility, or relevant industrial applications
• Proven experience leading teams, such as Product Managers or senior engineering teams and developing people
• Strong expertise in power electronics, including converters and inverters
• Solid knowledge of electric machines, traction systems, and battery integration
• Experience in system engineering, architecture design, and complex system integration
• Exposure to heavy-duty vehicles, mining equipment, or off-highway applications is strongly preferred
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience operating in global matrix organizations
