Tasks

  • Training in all departments, processes and systems for understanding the core business of a supermarket
  • Introduction to the function as Deputy Managing Director with operational and conceptual activities
  • Willingness to complete internal specialist training in the area of sales, goods management, self-competence and leadership as well as to support in various sales outlets

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training EFZ in the retail trade Food
  • Already for further education to the DH Spez.
  • You are already working at Coop or already bring experience from a management function in retail - food.
  • Safe appearance, assertiveness and high social skills
  • Dedication and willingness to engage in common goals
  • Organizational talent, flexibility and the ability to keep calm even in hectic situations
  • Team-oriented personality with a well-groomed tone
  • Negotiable German in word and writing
