City of Mendrisio Competition 2/3 Yearly wages (twelfth monthly included and salary scale updated at 01.01.2026): ▪ Classes (3) 4 – 6 ROD (Service Maintenance Function); ▪ Minimum: CHF 58’371.-- annually (CHF 54’720.--); ▪ Maximum: CHF 80’832.-- yearly; ▪ In addition to the salary, the allowance for children according to LAFam is paid to the rightholders. * In the event of intake of employees with little experience or for which it is reasonably necessary to foresee an introduction period, the Town Hall can establish a lower initial salary of a class than the minimum entry class. Within the framework of the above-mentioned possibilities of pay, the City Hall can recognize the activity carried out previously, if conforming to this Chapter, assigning one or more year of service pursuant to Article 29 cpv. 2 ROD.
