In order to strengthen our Animalia team, which offers our customers quality services in dog and cat insurance, we are looking for an 80-100% (h/f/x) Claims Manager. The first two months of training take place in our offices in Bern (for people living far away, financial assistance is provided for housing and expenses). Afterwards, you can work in the Vaudoise Insurance Agency nearest you or in our offices in Bern and Lausanne. The various missions that await you:

• Sort and prioritize incoming mail
• Manage files independently and proactively until they are liquidated, including: opening claims files, analysing the facts, requesting additional documents or supporting documents in case of incomplete reporting, reviewing coverage and calculating the amount of benefits due, and finally issuing payment orders
• Answer customer questions (written or oral) about reimbursed and/or non-reimbursable services
• Be in contact with our veterinarian-counsel and veterinary offices or clinics We offer you:

• Working in a young and dynamic team We are looking for a person who holds an CFC as an assistant in veterinary medicine and French mother tongue with knowledge in German (min. B1).
