Your profile – leader with expertise

• Completed training as a Dipl. Nurse HF / FH or comparable qualification
• Further education in nursing management, leadership or health management (NDS, MAS or CAS beneficial)
• Several years of professional experience in the care sector, ideally with management experience in a comparable position
• Sound knowledge in personnel management, team management and nursing organisation
• Communication strength, social competence and the ability to motivate and promote employees
• Self-responsible, solution-oriented and economic thinking
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
