• Independent management and coordination of challenging development projects (especially office buildings, retail and catering facade and roof renovations)
• Responsibility for cost, deadline and quality management
• Monitoring of projects from execution planning to handover
• Leadership of entrepreneurs, specialist planners and external partners
• Ensure smooth communication between all project participants
• Preparation of building applications and clarifications with authorities

• Training as a construction manager:in, high-end designator:in or equivalent technical training
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Switzerland
• Strong architectural understanding and high structural demands
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working method
• Very good knowledge of German in words and writing, French is an advantage
• CAD knowledge is advantageous
• Knowledge of Messerli Baua and MS Project is an advantage
