For our location in Zurich, we are looking for a committed personality who actively shapes our product portfolio and develops strategic business potential together with internal and external partners. Your tasks in detail:

• Conducting market, competition and technology analyses as well as evaluating relevant trends, threats and future deployment scenarios
• Identification of business potential and creation of recommendations for action to expand the product portfolio
• Initiation and control of strategic initiatives to open up new business areas
• Validation of new product ideas and requirements in direct exchange with customers and user groups
• Co-creation of the ideaa-to-product process from the first product idea through validation to market launch
• Support for business development, bid management and sales in tenders, campaigns, customer presentations
• Creation of decision templates and management presentations
• Processing strategic special topics and market inquiries in close cooperation with engineering, sales, customers, armed forces and external partners WHAT YOU SHOULD BUILD
• Completed degree in Information Technology, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering, (Economic) Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or a comparable discipline
• Several years of professional experience in product management, strategy consulting or a comparable environment
• Experience in the development of strategic analysis, product strategies, business cases and in dealing with complex technical products
• Knowledge of military air defense architectures
• Knowledge of agile product management and development methods desirable
• Strong strategic and entrepreneurial thinking as well as high customer and market orientation
• Analytical, structured and independent working method with the ability to oversee also complex technical and organizational relationships
• Strength of communication and secure presence towards customers, management and various internal and external stakeholders
• Very good knowledge of German and English in words and writing as well as team spirit, initiative and enthusiasm for innovative technologies WHAT WE ARE TO YOU
