Create an efficient and patient-oriented care with us. Integral capacity management ensures the central and cross-divisional planning of all hospital capacities. The goal is a balanced transparent and efficient control of operations, beds and consultation hours along the entire patient path in close interdisciplinary cooperation. It is the hub of our hospital and the first point of contact for patients with questions regarding registration and entry of a hospital stay. They assume a central leadership role in Integral Capacity Management (ICM). You combine organizational skill with leadership and a pronounced service orientation.

Their tasks

• Operational and personnel management of the Integral Capacity Management (IKM) team
• Supporting IKM management in the further development of IKM
• Ensuring optimal patient care and planning
• Contact person for patients with questions regarding registration and admission
• Efficient scheduling in the area of peri-op and surgical management
• Capacity planning of consultation hours
• Patient-oriented disposition of beds
• Anesthesia consultation hours
• Interdisciplinary cooperation

Your profile

• Leadership experience or proven potential to assume a leadership role
• Completed training in health at HF/FH level
• Experience in scheduling, operating or capacity planning is advantageous
• Organizational strong, solution-oriented and resilient personality
• High social skills as well as strong communication and team skills
• Networked thinking, a sense of responsibility and an independent working method
• Good IT user knowledge and pleasure in optimizing processes

They work during office hours from Monday to Friday.

• Working hours: The company’s normal working hours for a full-time workload are 42 hours per week (excluding doctors).
