As Flagship Event Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of BOBST's flagship customer events, ensuring execution excellence through strong project governance, cross-functional coordination, budget management, and impact measurement. • Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of flagship customer events.

Manage event timelines, milestones, and end-to-end delivery to ensure execution excellence.

Establish project governance and prepare and lead steering committee meetings.

Monitor project progress, manage risks and dependencies, and facilitate timely decision-making.

Align and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, including Product Lines, Industries, Sales, and Regional MarCom teams.

Foster effective collaboration and manage project communications across all involved parties.

Manage event budgets, procurement activities, and agency selection and performance.

Monitor spending and forecasts while ensuring compliance with approved budgets.
