Their tasks

• Leadership, support and development of the care team

• Development and implementation of new care concepts in cooperation with the clinic management
• Responsibility for efficient deployment and resource planning on the station
• Ensuring professional care and support of patients

Your profile

• Diploma as a nurse HF/FH with experience in personnel management
• Experience in the guidance and promotion of junior and professionals
• Enjoyment of the conceptual development of the care area
• High social skills, teamwork skills and solution-oriented thinking
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
