Role overview
Mission of the Role
The resource operationally coordinates the General Services team and presides over the services to support corporate plants, ensuring operational efficiency, security and regulatory compliance.
It operates as a connection between Real Estate & General Services, HSE and Technical Services, ensuring the proper functioning of general services, security systems and maintenance activities connected to safety and work environments. Main Responsibility General Services Coordination

- It operates as a connection between Real Estate & General Services, HSE and Technical Services, ensuring the proper functioning of general services, security systems and maintenance activities connected to safety and work environments. Main Responsibility General Services Coordination
- Manage facility soft and hard services in collaboration with Technical Services, in particular: cleaning and sanitation disposal of nonindustrial waste security and access control catering and vending services management of workwear
- Oversee access control systems (badges, authorization profiles, visitor management and suppliers), in coordination with HSE, Technical Services, Quality and IT, ensuring: segregation of sensitive areas traceability of access compliance with GxP requirements
- Collaboration with the management of critical events and emergency situations (intrusions, unauthorized access, security incidents), coordinating the actors involved. Interface with HSE and Technical Services
