• In complete autonomy, you provide general management of diversified projects (repair shops, offices, logistics hall, etc.), from the study phase to the commissioning.
• Representative of the contractor, you lead the project team composed of internal departments as well as external planners and specialists, launch tenders, award services and are the contractual referent of the companies until the start-up.
• You are in charge of complex, inter- and multidisciplinary coordination procedures and missions with many partners.
• You work closely with internal and external stakeholders, in particular other SBB divisions, future users, authorities and ensure representative communication as needed.
• You are the guarantor of project planning from the point of view of risk management, delays and profitability, maintaining costs in validated budgets and providing proposals for optimization.

• Autonomous, solution oriented, you are comfortable in demanding and complex environments in which reliability, rigour and organizational sense are indispensable.
• Positive and proactive, you are recognized for your understanding, your ability to communicate, negotiate and your ability to federate and convince your interlocutors towards ambitious common goals.
• You benefit from technical training or higher education of type EPF/HES/university in connection with construction and/or real estate trades.
• You have a solid experience managing complex projects.
