Class and annual salary (including 13th month's salary): - special contract Duties: - decides and manages the individual therapeutic plan for the patient according to the diagnostic and pharmacotherapeutic framework, guaranteeing, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, the correct implementation of the patient's care - ensures and carries out specialist medical-psychiatric or paedopsychiatric visits, where necessary in collaboration with psychologists, to the patients ensuring the correct diagnostic, psychopharmacological classification and rehabilitation - actively collaborates with doctors of psychiatric and somatic hospital facilities and with doctors with private practice, in agreement with the OSC head psychiatrist.
In relation to the somatic treatments necessary for the well-being of the patient, it organizes and co-manages the planned somatic treatments - ensures the FMH training of assistant doctors and other public or public interest professional figures.
He/she is required to update his/her professional knowledge in compliance with the provisions of the FMH for maintaining the specialty title - verifies, in agreement with the deputy psychiatrist and/or the OSC service head psychiatrist, that the ideal preconditions for a network intervention in the area in collaboration with the public and private structures involved are met - ensures the picket in the area and/or the guards in the Cantonal Psychiatric Clinic (CPC) - prepares medical psychiatric or paedopsychiatric assessments entrusted to him/her and supervised by a head psychiatrist - guarantees the correct preparation of the TARDOC and TARPSY services.
