Participation in appeal procedures within the federal penal jurisdiction

• Drafting of decision and judgment projects
• Participation in hearings and deliberations
• Drafting of decisions and judgments ## Requirements
• You have completed your law studies and preferably hold a lawyer's license or equivalent training (Dr. iur.; LL.M.)
• You have experience in the Swiss judicial sector, preferably as a clerk
• You have analytical skills, mastery of the French language as your first language, and writing ease
• You are able to independently take minutes of hearings and draft decision and judgment projects
