In this function, you produce sophisticated individual parts, small series and technical components on modern CNC milling machines. The focus is on clean setup, precise processing and stable quality. 02 Your task – Setting up, operating and monitoring CNC milling machines – Processing of individual parts, small series and demanding production parts – Implementation of mass controls, quality checks and corrections Reading and implementation of technical drawings, production documents and test plans – Changing, adjusting and measuring tools, clamping devices and devices Optimizing machining processes, tools and clamping concepts – Participation in prototypes, special parts and technical adjustments Ensuring order, cleanliness and safety in the manufacturing sector 03

04 Your profile – Completed training as a polymechanic, production mechanic, CNC mechanic or equivalent Experience in CNC milling, ideally with 3- or 5-axis machining – Good knowledge of reading technical drawings and handling tolerances Experience with Heidenhain, Siemens, Fanuc or comparable controls is an advantage – CAM skills are a plus, but not mandatory – Accurate, independent and quality-conscious working method – Enjoyment of demanding production and technical details – Good knowledge of German in words and writing 05 Worth knowing This is what our customer offers you.
