You like to be the connecting body, keep an overview and clarify open questions between medicine, insurance and service providers? Then you are right with us. What you do

• You check outpatient cost languages and medical costs calculations for their medical causality and ensure compliance with the applicable tariff basics.
• You work closely with our in-house medical specialists as well as with doctors, hospitals and social insurance companies and carry out additional administrative and medical investigations if necessary.
• You assess and control invoices, release them or reject them in a comprehensible and justified way.
• You will advise and support our internal specialist offices and service providers on tariff and case-independent questions.
• You process inquiries from social insurance companies, for example in connection with recoveries. What you bring
• You have completed paramedical training (EFZ), e.g. as a medical assistant/practice assistant, specialist/health care professional, pharmacist:in or pharmaceutical assistant:in. Otherwise, you will bring a commercial education (EFZ) with experience in the processing of personal insurance (UVG/KVG).
• You are familiar with tariff systems and enjoy exchanging ideas with different specialist bodies and stakeholders.
• Several years of professional experience in health or accident insurance is an advantage.
• You communicate stylishly in German. Good oral French or Italian skills are a plus.
• You work independently and convince with your assertiveness and your solution-oriented nature.
