What you can move

• Conduction and accompaniment of persons in training as polymechanical and mechanical/producing AFC during basic training until partial examination
• Planning, coordination and imparting theoretical and practical training and guaranteeing the achievement of all learning objectives
• Processing of customer production orders along with training people
• Guarantee of operational exercise together with other professional trainers and trainers and further development of training according to entrepreneurial principles, with particular attention to Kaizen philosophy
• Acquisition of production orders
• Coordination, implementation and evaluation of training courses

Your requirements

• Training completed as a polymechanical/a AFC with at least two years of professional experience
• Good knowledge of CNC and CAM programming, and ideally of Autodesk Inventor
• Pedagogical continuing training as a trainer for inter-company courses (CI) and/or specialist technique (SSST) or a willingness to pursue it in both sectors
• Great interest in the formation of young adults
• Ability to think and act entrepreneurially and enjoy planning and organizing
