For our customer we are looking for the following figure: Sales & Marketing Manager:

• Develop marketing and sales strategies
• Analyze the market (targets, trends, competition)
• Plan revenue and growth targets
• Set and update brand positioning strategy
• Identifying new markets
• Plan marketing campaigns
• Define sales strategies
• Manage online marketing (SEO, social media, advertising)
• Analyze data and KPIs (Conversion range, CAC, ROMI) Requirements:
• Higher education
• Similar experience of at least 10 years
• Product branding experience in international contexts
• Knowledge of English and German
• Excellent knowledge of Marketing Automation Soft Skills:
• Propensity to achieve objectives
• Communication skills
• Organizational footprint
