YOUR TASKS

• Control and follow-up of patient and case data
• Obtaining cost-benefit languages and information from service providers
• Preparation of cost estimates for national and international patients: inside for upgrades and depots
• Handling and transmission of guarantors’ letters
• Recording and monitoring of incoming cost good languages
• Ensuring timely information to patients: inside, guarantors, clinics and medical profession
• Providing information to internal bodies and doctors as well as various administrative tasks (written and by telephone)
• Close coordination and cooperation with relevant interfaces such as emergency disposition, patient disposition, check-in / guest services and Hirslanden International

Your profile

• Commercial education and good knowledge of the Swiss health care system desired
• Teamwork, social skills and responsibility

• High strength and assertiveness
• Style-confident German and English in word and writing, every other language is advantageous
