Activities

• Consulting private clients on financial pension, savings, and investment solutions.
• Analyzing needs, preparing financial concepts, and supporting during appointments.
• Administrative management of files, follow-up, and accurate updating of the CRM.
• Collaboration with the team and continuous development of consulting skills.

Training

• Free internal training.
• Possibility to obtain VBV certification at no cost.
• Position also suitable for lateral entrants.

Profile

• Interest in pension, personal finance, and client contact.
• Reliable, precise, and service-oriented way of working.
• Availability to work in a hybrid/Homeoffice manner depending on the function.

Geographical requirement

• Only applications from Ticino or nearby border areas compatible with the Cadempino location will be considered.
• Applications from Ticino and, for border workers, only with valid status and G permit.
• Applications without valid border status will not be considered if coming from Italy.
