- Analysis of customer situations and development of customized solutions in collaboration with credit and investment experts Set up financial and pension plans
- Diploma of higher school respectively bachelor/master university and/or some years of practical experience in a banking institution or in insurance

Main responsibilities
- 360° counselling in the field of insurance, insurance, savings management, home ownership, taxation and succession
- Analysis of customer situations and development of customized solutions in collaboration with credit and investment experts Set up financial and pension plans
- Proactive collaboration with customer consultants in order to support them in the development of their portfolio and in the acquisition of new customers
- Support in organizing events with customers and internal training seminars Anforderungen: Requirements:
- Communication and empathic skills with customers of different age groups and life situations (Life Cycle)
- Financial advisor, IAF and IAF.
- Financial advisor with federal professional certificate (preferential title)
- Mother language: Italian; excellent knowledge, spoken and written, of German and English Domicile in Ticino
