Company and context
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Planning & Fulfillment organization, including planning, material management, operative purchasing, fulfillment, and logistics professionals.
- Your background Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or a related field.
- Master's Degree (MBA or Supply Chain specialization) preferred.
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Fulfillment, Production Planning, Logistics, or Operations Management.
- Minimum of 5 years of people leadership experience in Sales Engineering & Operations planning (preferably in an ETO business).
- Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain management software; knowledge of Advanced Planning Tools (like Drummer or Cyberplan is a plus).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making (Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification is a plus).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information effectively. Italian is Mandatory;
- Fluent in English.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
