## Mansioni - Analyze manufacturing and business processes to identify automation and digitalization opportunities - Design and implement solutions for process automation (industrial or office), digital workflows and paperless processes, as well as production data collection and analysis - Collaborate with Operations, IT, Quality, and Continuous Improvement teams to define functional and technical requirements - Develop and maintain KPI dashboards (OEE, productivity, quality, downtime) and data acquisition systems (PLC, sensors, MES) - Manage technology suppliers and system integrators - Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and cybersecurity standards - Train end users and support change management activities

## Requisiti - Master's or bachelor's degree in engineering (Automation, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Electronics, or similar) - Solid understanding of control logic and process automation, operational process digitalization - Experience with MES, ERP, or traceability systems - Knowledge of Python, SQL, Power BI / Tableau, RPA tools (for example: Power Automate) and industrial IoT solutions - Experience with data analysis and reporting tools - Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments - Technical English (written and spoken) and Italian at least intermediate - Familiarity of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and industrial automation systems (PLC, HMI, SCADA, IBA) is an advantage
