Your new challenges

In the field of building technology and construction, we are looking for a committed personality who ensures the failure-free and trouble-free as well as ecological and economical operation of our building equipment. You carry out regular maintenance and service work on heating, refrigeration, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary facilities and ensure professional customer service.

Your tasks

• Implementation of control, maintenance, operation and repair of technical installations and fixed installations (heating, refrigeration, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitation, water treatment, installations, supply and disposal facilities, etc.)
• Implementation of projects and services in the specialist area
• Ensuring the MSRL functionality of the building management system (GLS)
• Compliance with sanitary, water treatment, ventilation and air conditioning regulations and directives
• Professional support of the assigned technical and structural projects as well as functional adjustments in building automation
• Control and updating of technical plant documentation (revision plans, adjustments, operating instructions, etc.)
• Preparation of proposals for renovations, renewals and new acquisitions
• Share responsibility for compliance with safety, hygiene and other regulations in the specialist area

Your ideal conditions

• Basic design in the heating sector, additional design in the ventilation, air conditioning or cooling sector of advantage
• Experience in building technology and building automation
• Good PC knowledge
• German fluent, English skills advantageous
• Strong customer orientation as well as team and communication skills
• Flexible, independent and reliable working method with a high sense of responsibility
• Strong quality and safety awareness
