Your tasks

• You care for patients together with the qualified nurses and align your actions with their individual needs.
• Nursing and medical measures are carried out independently and safely within your area of competence. You recognize changes early and direct your observations specifically
• You document your work comprehensibly and record care services and material completely in the clinic information system
• You take on logistical, administrative and domestic tasks and ensure that the processes around patient care work.
• You question existing processes, submit suggestions for improvement and contribute to the further development of care quality

You bring that with you

• You have completed training as a specialist in health EFZ and bring experience in acute care
• You work attentively and in a structured way, set priorities even when changing requirements and know the limits of your competence area
• You communicate clearly, coordinate reliably with the team and address uncertainties early on
• You meet patients and their relatives respectfully and deal with their respective situation
• You want to further develop your professional skills and implement new things in everyday care
• You have good knowledge of German in words and writing. In the case of a foreign-language qualification, we require a language certificate at level B2
