For our specialist group management Ergotherapie / Activation Therapy at the Klinik Schlosstal site in Winterthur we are looking for you specialist group manager / department manager Ergotherapie und Activation Therapy 80 % Tasks

• Technical and organisational management of the areas of ergotherapy and activation therapy
• Ensure expert and high-quality patient treatment by ergotherapy and activation therapy staff and students in the field of adult, age and youth psychiatry
• Technical and advanced development and quality assurance for the areas of ergo/activation therapy
• Co-responsibility for training places and junior support in ergo/activation therapy
• Planning, implementation and evaluation of projects
• Development of offers and treatment concepts
• Cost management
• Close interprofessional cooperation (elementar) profile
• Recognized professional qualification as an ergotherapeutin (when completing abroad with SRK recognition); further completion (MAS/MSc) is advantageous
• Leadership experience and competence incl. Training in Leadership & Management at least Level CAS
• Found professional experience in ergotherapy in the psychiatric and psychotherapeutic environment (adult, age and/or youth psychiatry)
• Impressive ability to ensure high professional quality and to develop therapeutic approaches
• Conceptual thinking, creativity and experience in project work
• High level of cooperation and joy in interprofessional cooperation
• Self-employed, structured and proactive working and flexibility in everyday management
• Exciting and responsible leadership with design space
