- Helping with staff planning with Mirus 3.0, creating daily accounts and ensuring quality and hygiene standards
- Carrying out small trainings to strengthen the team and implement operational guidelines Requirements
- Completed training in the catering/hotel industry or a degree in a hotel school
- Professional experience in a comparable position and safe handling of Micros Symphony
- Experience in the upscale hotel operation and in the room service
- Flowing German and English skills, each other's foreign language is a plus - sense of responsibility, flexibility, resilience and a strong quality awareness
