We owe this success to our approximately 270 friendly and motivated employees. Floor governess / specialist employee/r hotel industry housekeeping (80 - 100% | m/f/d) These are your tasks

• You are actively working in our various services (room cleaning Hof & Lodge, lingerie service, porter service, all-rounder service)
• You are jointly responsible for the control of the restant and department rooms and the corresponding instructions to the floor employees
• You support the co-management housekeeping and, among other things, take on daily responsibility if necessary
• You conduct training blocks with employees and learners
• You help organize and monitor intermediate and basic cleaning throughout the house
• You are responsible for compliance with the hygiene standards in the housekeeping

• You have a degree as a hotel specialist EFZ or specialist employee/r hotel industry EFZ
• You have already gained professional experience in the hotel industry
• You’ll be familiar with Opera Cloud and Samfex
• You have a fine sense for the pure and have high quality standards
• You are flexible and irregular assignments, even on weekends, are a matter of course for you
• You can communicate well in German
