MOM (Manufacturing Operations Management) Expert — Audemars Piguet

Full description

As an MOM expert, you report to the Head of Industry PMO & Operational Excellence and are the functional reference for Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) solutions. In this way, you will accompany their evolution to support the performance, quality and traceability of our industrial operations. At the interface between the trades and IT teams, you collect the needs, pilot the application evolutions and contribute to the continuous improvement of the production processes.

In this context, your activities are

• Analyze and formalize user needs in collaboration with business teams
• Pilot the evolution of MOM/MES solutions and coordinate their deployment
• Provide functional support and support users in the adoption of tools
• Ensure quality and consistency of production, quality and traceability data
• Participate in digital industrial transformation projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Work with IT teams to ensure integration of MOM systems with ERP, PLM and other industrial applications
• Contribute to global harmonization of processes and standards
• You have a higher education in Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent
• You justify a 7-year experience in an industrial environment and on MES/MOM solutions
• You control production, quality and traceability processes
• You have a good understanding of industrial application ecosystems (MES, ERP, PLM, WMS)
• You have experience in project management and change support
• You demonstrate an excellent spirit of analysis, rigour and strong customer orientation
• You know how to collaborate effectively with various interlocutors in an international environment
• You speak French and English
• You speak fluently French and English is an additional asset
