Description Support and development of the ERP software CSB - Creation, maintenance and management of necessary system, process and user documentation - Consulting and support for users in application and process handling - First and second level support: receipt, analysis and resolution of requests and interruptions in the ERP system area - Coordination of ERP application development: acquisition and analysis of requirements from departments - Creation of solution concepts - Implementation through customization - Creation of change requests in collaboration with the application developer - Development, management and optimization of automatically controlled processes (ERP Service) - Conducting training for colleagues in production, warehouse and administration - Coordination, execution and documentation of system extensions as well as release and update tests ## Requirements - Completed commercial education or equivalent qualification - First work experience in a comparable position, desirable but not required - Stress resistance, flexibility and high adaptability - Service orientation and communication strength - Independent, structured and precise work - Very good IT knowledge (MS Office, Outlook, ideally first experience with an ERP system, preferably CSB) - English knowledge, advantageous ## What we offer - Full-time position - Opportunity for development and growth in a dynamic team - Flexible working hours and home office possibilities - Training and further education opportunities - An open and supportive work environment ## Contact - Please contact us for further information.
