The Position

We are the People Support Solutions Time team and with a lot of commitment and passion we are not only driving forward the further development and optimization of working time processes, but are also the contact point for all German companies for the operational processes relating to working time. We think the role of a classic “working time expert” further and we would like to give you as an intern (m/f/d) an insight into the “daily business” of the Time Team.

Your tasks

• You handle the administrative topics about working hours
• You take care of case management and process employee inquiries
• You support in the design of training materials on the subject of working time
• You support in the context of digitalization and automation of processes
• You design communication material within the framework of projects and support project teams within the framework of the project management office

Your profile

• You are currently enrolled in an economic, humanities or social science degree or you are Stay in your gap-year
• Ideally, you will have initial knowledge in the field of human resources and have already gained initial experience in project organization
• With the common computer systems (MS-Office) You trust well, especially when creating Power Point presentations
• Ideally, you already have initial experience with AI and automation of processes
• You are engaged, curious and open to people
• A high degree of flexibility and resilience characterizes your personality
• You communicate fluently and confidently in German and English
