Logistics employee - Ausschreibung The EOC, the multi-site hospital in Ticino, is present with its institutes throughout the entire cantonal territory for a total of 1,000 beds. The organization allows us to effectively combine a local approach and an overall vision, guaranteeing the population a global and local hospital offer, regardless of the place where the services are required. Thanks to the commitment and expertise of over 6,500 collaborators and their attention to human relationships, the EOC ensures quality healthcare by taking care of over 41,000 inpatients per year and providing over 600,000 outpatient consultations. To complete our team of the Logistics Service of the Centrale dei Servizi Industriali EOC we are looking for a Logistics Employee (100%) Profile: The logistics employee is responsible for ensuring, in compliance with current safety regulations and directives, the precise and punctual execution of goods reception, storage and distribution activities within the Institute. The main tasks will be: Internal movement of goods Reception, control and distribution of incoming goods Preparation of shipments Warehousing Loading and unloading of means of transport Supervision of processes and work equipment Packaging and quality control Unloading of sterilization systems and providing for the related surveillance (level 1 sterilization technician certificate required)

• Necessary requirements: Federal certificate of ability as a logistics employee or equivalent qualification Permit to drive Cat. B Permit to drive forklifts (desired) Good knowledge of the main IT applications, knowledge of SAP is a plus Organizational skills Availability to work in shifts Availability to attend the course to obtain the certificate as a level 1 sterilization technician and any other refresher courses Excellent knowledge of spoken and written Italian and a desirable knowledge of a second national language Respect for the principles of quality, safety, hygiene, environmental protection and economy in carrying out one's activity The ideal candidate: Identifies in the values and mission of EOC Establishes effective and constructive relationships with internal and external customers and colleagues, gaining the trust of his interlocutors and committing himself to satisfying their needs Works towards objectives and is oriented towards the final result Shows spirit of initiative, reliability, sense of responsibility and belonging and good relational attitudes in comparisons with colleagues and superiors, as well as strong teamwork skills and a strong spirit of collaboration.
