- To complete our team of the medical secretary of the Cinica di Radiologia and the Clinic of Nuclear Medicine, headquartered at the Regional Hospital of Lugano, we look for an employee/administrative (50-100%) Profile: The selected person will support the IDISI Medical and Scientific Director, supporting him in the conduct of organizational, administrative and coordination activities related to the Directive function.
- It will take care of the management of the agenda, the organization of meetings and events, the preparation of documentation, the drafting of minutes and institutional correspondence, acting as a point of reference for the numerous internal and external interlocutors to the Institute.
- At the same time, he will join the Radiology Medical Secretariat team, contributing to the administrative and organizational activities of the service and actively collaborating with the rest of the team, ensuring operational continuity and a high level of service quality.
- It is a dynamic role that requires ability to adapt to different contexts, manage multiple priorities and operate with professionalism, confidentiality and spirit of collaboration.
- Requirements: Federal Certificate of Occupational Capacity (Trade Maturity is preferential); solid experience in hospitals or other professional realities such as Primary Secretary, Service Manager or Direction.
