Full description

In order to strengthen its Security field, the South Region is looking for a security advisor who demonstrates a strong interest in the different areas of safety and who wishes to develop progressively transversal skills. In support of the South Region Security Manager, it will contribute to the prevention of risks and the protection of people, infrastructures and activities of the South SRG SSR Region. It will participate in risk analysis and development of concepts, procedures, standards and safety recommendations. It will also accompany the various sectors and projects in the research and implementation of appropriate solutions to operational realities. It will be progressively called to assume the management of themes and projects independently and, when necessary, to replace the Head of Security of the South Region.

Shipments

• Participate in risk analysis and define appropriate prevention and protection measures
• To process and update concepts, procedures, standards, instructions and safety intervention plans
• Contribute to safety, fire protection, evacuation, emergency management, occupational safety and health protection
• Provide advice and support to different business functions and partners to reconcile security, compliance and operational needs
• Integrate security requirements into planning, construction, production and event organization projects
• Participating in the management of accidents, post-accident analyses, corrective measures and regional and national projects of harmonization of practices
• progressively assume responsibility for projects and areas of competence with increasing autonomy and, in case of its absence, replace the Head of Security South Region

Requirements

• Higher or professional training specialized in safety, protection, safety at work, fire prevention, risk management or equivalent sector, integrated with a first relevant experience
• Good understanding of the principles of physical safety and interest in the different areas of safety, ideally acquired in a complex environment or in a large organization
• Optimum analysis, synthesis and editing capabilities that enable a problem to be structured and translated into concepts, procedures, standards or recommendations
• Curious person, pragmatic, autonomous and oriented to solutions, with a strong learning ability and the will to develop multidisciplinary skills
• Ability to understand reality in the field while maintaining a comprehensive vision of challenges, and working with technical, operational and managerial interlocutors
• Great relational capacity, propensity to teamwork, spirit of initiative and sense of responsibility, with the potential to progressively evolve towards wider responsibilities
• Good written and spoken knowledge of a second national language and ability to contribute effectively to transversal projects
